Born in Venezuela but raised in Ecuador, Oriana is part of the LatinX movement – AlterLatino. After saying goodbye to her family and her homeland she attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, with such famous Alumni as John Mayer, Quincy Jones and Steve Vai. This move may just have been the making of Oriana, recording her debut album Metamorfosis in Boston. She then set off for pastures new including New Zealand, which is where her story took a different turn.
